Scattered showers and storms will soak parts of South Florida Tuesday night, particularly northeast Miami-Dade and Broward counties.Localized flooding continues to be the primary concern into Wednesday, as more showers and storms will be possible.Temperatures are expected to be near seasonable lows in the mid-70s, with highs in the mid-80s.The weather is forecast to trend drier by the end of the work week with the rain chance dropping to 10% Thursday.
