Choosing between rent, food among top concerns for voters in Florida’s District 28

Voters deciding the outcome of the midterm elections will start casting votes early on Monday, and one of the seats up for grabs is that of Florida’s District 28. The district stretches from southwestern Miami-Dade and all of Monroe County, as well as the Florida Keys, and three candidates have been speaking with voters about what concerns them the most. CBS News Miami’s Betty Nguyn spoke with the candidates.
